Greenlight Integrate Team into Area 7

Greenlight Consultants are proud to have integrated a team into the Amey Area 7 M&R Contract.

This groundbreaking arrangement sees the end of traditional 'day rate' working and moves to supplying resources on an outcome basis.

Greenlight are preparing, submitting and agreeing up to 1,500 Final Accounts each month.

The task based working approach has doubled the outputs and led to a far more efficient way of working.

We're proud to be working alongside Amey Highways and look forward to integrating into the existing arrangement for many years to come.
